Constantly striving to serve their customers better, NZ Wheels has renovated and improved its flagship centre to make it an Autohaus, a 3S Centre-Sales, Service and Spare Parts. In Klang Service centre, the workshop has 36 service bays and Mercedes trained crews are hands-on to ensure that every need of Mercedes-Benz discerning owner is catered to.
All the service centres are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art facilities and diagnostic equipment which is continually updated with the information and manufacturer’s specifications on all Mercedes-Benz models, including facelifts and new models. There is also a range of special tools for repair.
NZ Wheels’s automotive technicians are regularly sent to Mercedes-Benz Malaysia for training on all aspects of the mechanical, electrical, and electronics components of the Mercedes-Benz cars. This makes the centres a benchmark of excellence in professionalism in the Malaysian automotive industry.
Clients are also promised a pre-delivery inspection. Therefore, prior to delivering the cars to customer’s doorsteps (to save them the inconvenience of picking it up) a quality inspector runs a test to ensure their pride and joy arrives at their doorstep in the best possible condition.
As part of PIAM (Persatuan Insuran Am Malaysia) member, NZ Wheels has been authorized to carryout collision repairs and insurance claims. So customers have peace of mind knowing that their damaged vehicles will be stored to their pre-accident condition. Moreover, they will also have their peace of mind that the motor insurance claims will also be competently processed.
Even in the event of car breakdown, customers are assured of 24-hours breakdown assistance. The Mercedes-Benz recovery station wagon will be dispatched to the customer’s location immediately when alerted.
